My dog immediately scratched and rubbed his face on it and no scratch marks or damage is visible. The colors are bold and bright, I just love it! I ordered 2 mats and Hitrug also sent me a free 3rd one which was an unexpected and lovely surprise, now I have a great mat for my kitchen as well. Order also came fast. Would highly recommend!!
